What I like best about this video is the ability to mix and match workouts depending on your fitness needs. While burning calories and fat, you can tone troubled areas. The pre-set workouts include abs, booty, and arms. Additional choices include a 15 minute work-out for the lower body, 20 minutes for boxing, and a 20 minute mix it up routine incorporating ballet, core, and posture relief. Of all the exercises, I like the mix it up segment the best. I feel like I have really toned and stretched. I will definitely add this DVD into my rotation of exercise videos.
