Book Review: It's a Love Story by Annabel Monaghan

ree

The best part of summer is always the release of an Annabel Monaghan novel, and It's a Love Story truly struck a chord with me. It's funny, relatable, and wonderfully romantic. The story is a quick read, but the characters leave a lasting impression. I could especially relate to Jane and Dan, both of whom struggle to find their place in this crazy world. Dan's family adds so much charm and humor as secondary characters, nudging Jane and Dan in the right direction despite their resistance. What I liked most was the enemies-to-lovers setup and the slow, delightful realization that love often sneaks up when you least expect it. For me, this story is Monaghan's best novel yet!
